How much is shipping and what is the expected lead time?

Standard Shipping w/ Signature:  $11.95 3-7 Business Days
Overnight/Next Day shipping $25 1 Business Day
Expedited shipping $20 2-3 Business Days
International shipping $25 Delivery time varies with location

Do you provide International delivery?

- Yes, our international shipping is available at a flat rate of $25. The international shipping option is available at checkout. Renee's Armoire is not responsible for any duties and fees that may apply to any international orders.

 

How do I exchange an item?

Please verify shipping addresses and card information before submitting orders. Renee's Armoire is not responsible for inaccurate information entered when placing an order. There will be no credits given for lost packages.

 

 If accepted, you are able to exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt. No exchanges/returns are accepted beyond that time frame, no exceptions!!

What is your return policy?

- All sales are FINAL unless item is defective. Pop up shop items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

- Exchanges can be submitted within 7 days of receipt, within reason. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits, white items, and swimsuits. Recurring or habitual requests/complaints will be denied and declined. Approval is needed prior to shipping items back.

- WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OF ANY KIND!!! We will gladly issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file within the limited time frame. Store credit can be used immediately with no expiration date.

- Please remember the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, unless authorized by management. Renee's Armoire has sizing guides and tools provided at the bottom of each page to help customers with order sizing.

How do I cancel an order?

- Unfortunately, we are not able to modify/cancel/adjust an order once it has been placed.

How do I track my order?

- Once your order is shipped, a confirmation link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout with the tracking number. You also will be able to track your package via link  "Where is my order?" in QUICK LINKS at the bottom of any page on this site.

How can I contact your couriers?

- Couriers will include USPS, FedEx, etc. These couriers has an direct customer service line available on their website for further questions pertaining to your order.

Once your item(s) are shipped from Renee's Armoire, we are not responsible for your package or have any control over shipping delays from couriers. Required signature packages can be requested at checkout

 

There will be no shipping on any Holidays or weekends. Orders submitted on the weekend or after business hours will be processed the next business day.
